Our Mission
Youthika started with the simple but impactful realisation that as the gap between today's youth and senior citizens widens, we are losing important connections, stories, and wisdom. Palak Gaurav, our founder, felt compelled to make that change. She shared her vision with Nidhi, Aditi, and Haritha, and their enthusiasm made it a reality. Together, they co-founded Youthika, a youth-led program that uses compassion, communication, and understanding to bridge generations.
What makes Youthika unique is our heart-first, hands-on approach. By organising meaningful events, memory-sharing sessions, health camps, and more, where young people and seniors can develop together, we go beyond simple volunteer work. With our adaptable programs, which range from one-time events to six-month commitments, teens can develop long-term connections with senior citizens and lead with purpose.
In the future, Youthika wants to grow into a national movement where intergenerational relationships are the norm rather than a rarity. One touching story at a time, we envision communities where every young person acquires wisdom beyond books and every elder feels appreciated.
